What are Bayes Widgets?

The Bayes Widget is a versatile and highly customizable tool designed for platforms looking to enhance user engagement and provide real-time data insights on their selected esports content. Powered by the Bayes Esports product suite, the widget can be easily embedded to offer up-to-the-minute statistics, match data, video, adn more directly to users. Its lightweight desin ensures minimal impact on website performance while delivering a stylized, dynamic experience.

Widget Types

We offer four different widget types.

Calendar

The Calendar widget is the complete package. It offers a complete match calendar where users can follow ongoing live matches, check what's coming up, or see results from past matches.

Topbar

The Topbar widget offers a similar experience as the Calendar widget but splits the calendar and currently selected match into two containers. The calendar has a banner-like view that allows the user to select an ongoing game which is displayed in a different container.

Match

This type of widget allows you to display a single match as a widget. Best practice is to consume Bayes Fixture Service data to determine which matches are up to be shown.

Split Match

The Split Match widget offers the possibility to show a single match but split its components to your taste. That means you can use multiple widgets for a single match. In other words, you can have elements of the same match widget rendered in multiple widget containers, e.g. Mini Map and Player Stats table renered separately. All these widgets consume the same data source, so adding multiple widgets will keep your application at the same performance footprint as a single match widget does.
